The location was magnificent, to the parks or city, we liked it. Great to be 400 metres away from The Village, enjoyed our meal there.

Quirky hotel with good service in ideal location just off the Calton Hill as well as interesting sites and good restaurants.

All good — we appreciated this small hotel — the food was excellent and the staff were informative.

The rooms are good sized with view, everything is fine. The location is walking distance to a train station, perfect. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the heart of the city, and the employee are very helpful.

The staff were all very good and kind. The room was cheap and huge, offered a hair dryer, tea and coffee.

All in all peaceful setting really close to town centre, center and the playhouse, as well as the Waverly Station. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Arthur's Seat hike. Spotless and updated room with dietary requirements, comfortable beds and a very beautiful view.
No fresh fruit at all.

Very nice location, quiet but central.
Room was very small, but if you are traveling alone it was sufficient.

Great breakfast, we were very spoiled, tips for excursions or special restaurants were always available from the boss of the house. We will be very happy to check in again at the next visit. Greetings from Germany

The hotel was very quiet, and there was plenty of room. It was located in a very pleasant area, perhaps a little too far away from the centre, however.
